In order to be eligible for participation at a meet, athletes must attend school the day of the meet and are expected to be at practice the day before. Athletes with ongoing practice attendance issues may not be allowed to participate in meets.

Practices on Mondays and Fridays will take place at Kraxberger.
Practices on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays will start with a warm up at Kraxberger; at 3:45 (2:45 on Wednesdays) a bus will take athletes to the GHS track.
Students are encouraged to put a priority on academics and if they need to work with a teacher before coming to practice they should ask for a pass.

Athletes are responsible for their own transportation following practice, which ends at 4:45 (3:45 on Wednesdays).

Transportation to and from the away meets is provided. While it is hard to predict in advance what time we’ll return to Kraxberger, we ask athletes to call/text on our drive back and can lend phones to students who don’t have them. Parents/guardians can also take athletes home with them after the meets.

For the meets held at Gladstone High School, transportation is provided to GHS but athletes are responsible for their own transportation following the home meets.
